The Compumatic clock uses badges for the employees to clock in and out. These badge numbers can be found in the Employee Information screen.
You can also go into the employee's profile to assign or reassign a badge number if needed.
Enrolling the badge ID will be something done by the admin of the company, but this is a guide if they need some training on it. Also attached is the Compumatic quick set up guide.
Adding a New Employee: The user would go to the menu section of the timeclock ( M/OK > User Mgt )
Select New user, enter the user ID ( the badge number listed for the employee in Kronos).
Select the Badge number and from there follow the instructions in the clock.
To Edit a Current Employee: Select All users
Select the user from the list, select edit.
Select badge number, follow instructions from the clock.
