Approve/Reject Time Off Changes
From the left side menu, go to Team > Time > Timesheets > Change Requests > Pending Timesheet Change Requests.
A list of all pending change requests will display. Use the check box on the left side to select the requests you would like to approve or reject and select the appropriate button on the top right of the screen.
When approving a change request, a new pop up window will appear to confirm that you want to approve the selected change request. You have the opportunity to leave a comment. This is optional. If you would like to proceed, select Approve.
When rejecting a change request, a new pop up window will appear to confirm that you want to reject the selected change request. You have the opportunity to leave a comment. This is mandatory. If you would like to proceed, select Reject.
