When an employee submits an I-9, you will receive an email letting you know that you have forms that need approval. You will want to navigate to Team > HR > Forms > All Forms.
Once inside the All Forms screen, look for I-9 forms that have a status of Employee Completed to approve. Click on the pencil button on the left hand side.
This will open up the I-9 form that you need to complete and verify. Scroll to the section that is for employers to fill out and enter the relevant information that the employee gave you for either List A or List B and then type your name. Once you are finished filling out the form, click on Save and Verify.
Once you hit save and verify you will have a popup box that allows you to upload copies of the documents given to you by the employee. Once you have upload documents hit next.

After uploading the documents you will receive a popup asking you to verify using your password and the employee's first day worked.
The I-9 has now been verified.
