We want our clients to have an ongoing resource for some of our common policies, services offered, and chain of command if any issues arise. So, we have built a Client Handbook to help navigate these items. Attached to this help guide is a generic version. Please note, you also received this document when you first started as a client and we resend every April, as a reminder.
