For users with manager security permissions, tap the Screen Icon on the screen (key on the right with 6 dots).
After logging in to the Main Menu, you will want to navigate to the User Mgt section to Enroll New Users
or Enroll a User's Face.
Enrolling an Employee’s Biometric
Validation
1. Tap
the User Mgt. icon
2. To
add a New User, select New User.
3. Inside the employee Edit screen, you have options to add
their User ID, Name, User Role (Normal user indicates they do not have manager
access), Verification Mode (Password/Badge/Face is enabled), face and Badge
Number.
The User
ID is the number that corresponds to Badge ID in the CPS payroll
software.
After
you enter all of the employee information, you want to use the arrow keys to
navigate to Face.

Once you select Face, follow the on-screen
prompts and instructions to enroll the users face. Once completed, it will say success.
Enroll the employee by
having them position their face in front of the camera. The employee should
look at the camera while enrolling the way that they would naturally look at
the display; their chin should not be tilted.
Tilting the chin up or down may achieve a good score, but future authentications may fail if the chin is tilted differently.
The
employee should stand within 30 inches (76 centimeters) of the clock. Have
the employee move closer if a good score cannot be achieved, or the rectangle
is red instead of green.
After
a user is successfully enrolled, all they have to do is stand in front of the
clock and it will read their face to record their IN/OUT punches.
