Admin - Navigating the Time Clock
To access the menu, select M/OK. (use the UP/DOWN arrows to navigate)
At the time clock select M/OK > User Mgt > M/OK
Select New User
The User ID is the number that corresponds to Badge ID in the CPS system.
Enter the Employees’ Name in the Name Field
To add a badge select “Badge Number” and a prompt will ask you to hold the card to the reader.
It will flash a green check when done.
****If not adding a badge, use the down arrow to Password and input the Badge ID in the Password field. Re-enter.
Press ESC to navigate back to the main menu.
TIMECLOCK VIEW:
Press M/OK navigate to the COMM. Option.
Depending on the clocks connectivity you’ll either want to select Ethernet, or Wireless Network
If you are using WiFi and not a network cable in the Wireless Network setting you’ll want to make sure WiFi is on and find the network in the list.
Clocking In/Out
The employee will simply hold their badge to the machine. If it is done correctly the clock will prompt with a successfully verified message.
