Creating Broadcast Message Templates

Navigate to Settings > Global Setup > Broadcast Message Templates. 

Within the notification templates, messages can be defined in either the Email/Mailbox Message or SMS Message box. The Email/Mailbox Message text box doesn't have a character limit but the SMS is limited to 1400 characters.





An iCalendar attachment and appointment can be defined and is supported for both Email/Mailbox.




Once created, these templates are stored in the Company Notifications configuration area (Global Setup > Notifications) for later use/configuration.
