Workflow Delegation by Employee

If a manager knows they will be out for an extended period of time and wishes to delegate their duties to another manager they can do that via delegations in the system. The first thing that the manager must do is sign in  and navigate to My Info > My HR > Delegations.



This will bring up the delegation menu and in the upper right hand corner the manager will click Add New.



This will bring up the workflow delegation box where you will do the delegating. 

Delegate to: Choose the manager that you wish to delegate to. 
Workflow Type: If only one specific type is needed to be delegated then delegate that. Otherwise choose All Workflows
Date From: First Day of Delegation
Date ToLast Day of Delegation
Workflow Group: Name of manager who is delegating 
Then click Add



You have now delegated to the employee and all to do items will go to the other employee's bell.
