Employee Quick Links

In order to view an Employee's Quick Links menu, navigate to  Team > My Team > Employee Information.  The Quick Links are present on the Employee Information screen next to each employee's name as well as inside of their Employee Profile.



Inside of the Employee Profile header, the employee's name, ID, hire date, and Job Title appear and next to the employe name is an icon for employee Quick Links.  


Inside of the employee Quick Links, there are several links to other areas of the system that pertain to that employee.  

**The links that display may be different based on the active modules your company is using.



Account Audit Trail:  A detailed audit of all changes that have been made inside of the employee's record.

Availability/Preferences:  Employees and managers can establish when employees are available or unavailable for work so that you can effectively schedule employees without violating any agreed upon conditions. You can define days of the week or specific dates that employees are available to work, as well as weekdays or specific dates when they are off work and unavailable or prefer to work. Using a calendar view, employees or managers can update the employee’availability and preferences.

Current Pay Statement:  Displays employees most recent pay statement that is either being delivered or last finalized.

Edit Schedule:  Displays the Weekly Schedule screen in which an employee's weekly schedule can be updated on the fly.

Pay Statement Records History: This report shows a breakdown of each record in each pay statement for each employee based on the date filter selected.

View Organization Chart: Displays company Organization Chart that can be searched by employee name. 

All Timesheets:  From the All Timesheets report and all additional reports, you can edit or preview all timesheets.

Current Timesheet:  From the Timesheets (Current) page, the timesheet data for the current pay period displays.

Pay Statement History:  This report displays all pay statements for the employee based on the date filter selected.

View ACA HistoryIf the employee is being processed under the Affordable Care Act, information will be displayed here and hyperlinks are available to navigate to other areas of ACA, such as the profile and timeline.

View Total Compensation Statement:  This report provides employees a clear picture of their total compensation, including bonuses, benefits, and more that can be downloaded as a PDF for the employee.

ACTIONS

Communicate:  Allows you to communicate with employees via either Email or SMS if enabled.

Request Time Off:  Allows you the ability to request time off on behalf of the employee.
