- Navigate to Team > Payroll > Process Payroll
- Click on the Payroll Prep Process button for the appropriate payroll date.
3. Click View Pay Statements.
4. Check the boxes next to the pay statement(s) you need to add a note to.
5. Select Utilities in the blue action bar.
6. Select Mass Edit Selected Pay Statements.
7. Scroll down to the Pay Stub Note box and add in the note that you want to display on the pay statements. Click OK once finished to process changes.
8. You will see a "Success" message that the applicable changes have been made to the pay statements.
9. When you Preview the pay statements, the Pay Statement Note will show up under Information & Announcements for the employee to see.
