How To Approve Withholding Forms

Navigate to Team > HR >  Forms > Government Forms



























Choose withholding under government forms. 

Once on the Withholding Screen, you will see a list of withholding forms that have been completed by employees.  Place a check in the box along the left side of the employee you want to approve. Once the box is checked, the buttons on the top right will change colors. You have 3 options: Process, Reject, or View. Choose View to open the form to review.

Review the form for accuracy and then choose the Process button to approve form.




A screen will pop up showing you the changes that are going to be applied to the employee's tax record.  Click on Apply Changes.
