How to Download a QuickBooks Data Export

Navigate to Settings > System Data Export > Data Exports

Once in the Data Export screen, click the Download button.

In the Currently Being Delivered box, click the down arrow and select the payroll from the list of finalized payrolls that you want to run.

Click on Export in the bottom right hand corner and it will download the IFF file for QB.
