How to make manual changes to a timesheet
After logging into your profile, go into the “Time “ tab and
then click the “Current Timesheets” widget at the top of the screen.
Use the pencil to the left of the Employee’s name to access
their timesheets.
Please note that even though saving the record is only
mentioned at the last step of this article, I would recommend saving after each
action.
Choose the date where the addition, change, or deletion of a
time needs to occur and type in the times into the from and to columns.
If cost centers are involved, make sure the correct time
center is chosen.
Use the “notes” icon to add a description of why the manual
change occurred.
Hit “save” at the top right of the screen.
Example: Employee clocked in at 8am and out at 5PM but
forgot to clock out at noon for an hour lunch.
- Change the out time and save.
- Use the "+" sign between the data and from columns to add a row.
- Add the additional from and to times and save.
- Use the note

detail the reason for the manual change and save.
