When needing to add time en masse, navigate to Settings > Mass Edit. From here you can select the specific edit you need to make. You can Add, Edit, or Punch in/out.
Add Time Entries
Select the employees who need the change and choose Mass Add Time Entries.
You have the option of adding a punch for a specific day or for a group of days.
Enter the time and total hours in the Time Info box.
In the Additional Info box you have options to assign it to a Time Off, Department, Shift Premium, or Job.
Then select Add Time Entries.
Edit Time Entries
Choose Mass Edit Time Entries - Edit and select the employees. Then select Mass Edit Time Entries.
You can change any of the properties tied to the timesheets selected or change the time on the timesheet itself.
Once you've made the appropriate changes, select Apply Change.
Punch In/Out
Select Mass Edit Time Entries - Punch In/Out. Using this option, you can manually clock in/clock out multiple employees at the same time. Select the employees and select Punch.
Choose the appropriate options and select Punch.
