KEY FEATURES THIS UPDATE
  1. HR: Within Benefit Plan configuration, the Employee Self Service widget will now include a sub-header for Plan Documents along with helpful text.
  2. TLM:  A new module is available for expense tracking that allows employees to enter expenses, which can then be automatically routed for approval and flow into payroll for reimbursement.
  3. Payroll: Updated Form WH-347 Expiration Date
  4. Cross-Prod: Employee Home Automatically Enabled when a new dashboard layout profile is created.
  5. Cross-Prod: The Dashboard Documents widget has been redesigned to make it more useable and to improve performance. 
Scheduler
  1. New options within the Modify Employee Schedules > Modify Schedules page allows users to manage future shifts. Two options, Add Future Shifts and Manage Future Shifts, open a subsequent Apply Changes To section for selection of day(s) of the week to apply the schedule change.
  2. Scheduler Shifts On Date and Scheduler Posted Shifts On Date columns were added to the List Schedule Entries report (Team > Schedule > Reports > Schedule Entries > List Schedule Entries). 
Cross Product
  1. The Employee Self Service Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) page (My Information > TwoFactor Authentication) has been updated to be easier to use on mobile devices and smaller screen sizes.
  2. The Two-Factor Authentication widget on the Employee Information Page has been updated to improve usability. The widget now shows where phone numbers and email addresses are configured when using two-factor authentication (2FA).
  3.  Marketplace has been rebranded as Solutions Exchange.  As part of the refresh, Solutions Exchange products now appear on individual "cards" that include a summary of the product and an option to install or uninstall the product.
  4. The File Upload pop-up window has been redesigned to be more usable: the Choose button will not always remain in place and an upload will be completed via the Save button.
  5. Permissions Comparison for Security Profiles at Client Level Companies
  6. Non-Default Font Family and Size Supported for Custom Forms Download PDFs
  7. Employee Home Automatically Enabled when a new dashboard layout profile is created.

HR
  1. ACA Year End Filing Updates - new E-Filing option available via Trusaic
  2. Updated checklist steps in ACA year end processing to allow for e-filing and self-filing directly to IRS
  3. Year End Processing Report Page Updated with New Table to Track Filings
  4. Benefits Plans & Enrollment: Setting Added to Benefit Plan Maintenance to Display Required Disclosure Notice for fixed indemnity policies.
  5. Within Benefit Plan configuration, the Employee Self Service widget will now include a sub-header for Plan Documents along with helpful text.
  6. The Employees Status Change History employee profile widget is now available to HR and Payroll companies.
  7. Offer Letter Workflows: 'Applicant Name' Tag Added in Notification Step
  8. An Active checkbox has been added to Termination Reasons to allow them to be activated or de-activated. 
  9. The Termination Note character limit has been increased from 500 to 1000 characters to allow users to enter more details.
Timekeeping
  1. A new module is available for expense tracking that allows employees to enter expenses, which can then be automatically routed for approval and flow into payroll for reimbursement.
  2. The Leave Case Report now includes a column to identify the Pay Group ID
  3. A new setting has been added to the Points Profile for Expire Points On Defined Interval.
  4. A new item is now located in Available Functionality > TLM for Project Costing. This option enables a Team > Time menu item for Project Tracking > Manage Projects and Project Budgets.
  5. A Sync Calendar option on the time off calendar allows you copy the URL to the Ready calendar. Once copied, use the link to subscribe to this calendar in the calendar of choice with subscription capabilities.
  6. The On Punch Timesheet Rule for Automatic Punch Out On Certain Labor Punch In has been enhanced to work with multiple shifts in a day. 
Payroll
  1. Added New Box 12 Codes for Form W2
  2. Updated Form WH-347 Expiration Date
  3. The messages column on the Payroll report (Team > Payroll > Process Payroll) is now labeled as View Messages.
  4. Updated New Payroll Pop-Up Window for Multi-EIN
  5. ACH Credit Limit Updated
