- HR: PDF Download Now Available for Termination Details.

Scheduler
- The Browse and Select window for employees is a report style view in which employee information is immediately
displayed and you may add and remove columns for additional filters when using browse and select for manage open shifts.
- When hovering over a day in the desktop schedule view of an employee's schedule, a new + (add) icon displays
allowing you to add a shift or add a time off.
- After a manager chooses to add a time off to a schedule, an Add Time Off window displays with fields for
selection for the time off. Upon saving the time off setting, the time off is added to the schedule and populated onto the
employee timesheet. Timesheet, time off, and accrual rules are followed when posting time off.
- On the 'Browse and Select Work Schedule Profile' pop-up window, a new Go to Work Schedule Profiles option
has been added.
- Schedules and Timesheets were not always syncing properly; now, issues that occur during the sync are displayed in an error message identifying the cause of the breakdown,
allowing the user to adjust as needed to get the sync functioning.
Cross Product
- An error message will now display in Import Results when importing Y or N values for the Has Employee
Portion and Has Employer Portion checkboxes in the Deduction Codes import, and it is configured not to override at the
company level.
- Updated Payment Warehouse Transactions Import Template.
- Updated tags available inside of ACH Credit Limit Notifications.
- New updates now provide a better user experience while users review the permissions they provide when
authorizing access to their account.
- Marketplace is Now Solutions Exchange.
- New Future-Dated HR Actions Report Now Available.
- Pipe Delimited Text Option for Report Exports now Available.
- Scheduled Reports now Support the Option to Display Header/Footer in Delivery Destinations.
HR
- Cost Center Information Now Available in Hire Screens for Position Management.
- PDF Download Now Available for Termination Details.
Timekeeping
- A new column has been added to the Accrual Details report for Rule. This identifies the policy rule that
impacted the report row.
- When using an HR Action type for Hire, Rehire, Termination, or Regular for an employee, the Expense
Tracking profile assignment is now available for selection.
- The pay statement type assigned to expenses has been the Default type on the export code list step in pay prep.
- When an employee or manager saves a version of an expense report, this is now available to be included on
their dashboard.
- New Pay Calculation rules added - consecutive hours overtime and overlapping entries.
- When users create cost centers to support project work, the cost centers remain available after
the associated project has been closed. Now, a new option, Disable Cost Center After Project Close, is available for selection
within the Company Setup > Project Setup box.
- A new report has been added to the Team > Time > Project Costing menu. The Project Log report contains
information on all projects that contain logged costs associated with it. Data from project logged time is consolidated with the
defining project details, such as the project name and project dates.
- Previously, when a workflow included a step with an expiration on it that would loop back to itself after
expiration, the workflow would potentially run and loop through itself indefinitely. With this change, it now runs for a total of
five times through the same expired step before the system terminates the workflow automatically and removes the To Do
items.
Payroll
- Deduction Wizard Name Changed to Involuntary Deduction Wizard.
- Enhanced Tax Calculations - implemented additional safeguards through automated and manual
testing protocols to ensure precise tax calculations and full compliance with federal, state and local tax regulations.
- Employee category records that display on the Pre-Check Report highlight changes to employees that will affect
payroll outcomes. In the Pay Statements report (Team > Payroll > Process Payroll > select Payroll Prep Process > select View
Pay Statements), users can now filter in/out employees who have changes that display on the Pre-Check Report.
- Added Options to Payroll Batches and Employee Payroll Data.
- Employees can now view their pay statement in their preferred locale (set from My Info > My Information >
My Profile > Account Information widget > Locale (Language & Format) field). When the employee selects the Pay Statement
link (My Info > My Pay > Pay History) the Pay Statement Preview is translated to the employee's chosen locale regardless of
their EIN.
- The Payroll Comparison report link has been moved from the View Payroll step and is now located in the
Check Your Totals step in Payroll Prep.
- New Scheduled Deductions added to Payroll Pre-Check Report.
- Going forward, the Pre-Check Report will take into consideration the frequencies for scheduled earnings and "Taken as of"
settings.
- An alert displays at the top of the Edit Pay Statement page (Team > Payroll > Process Payroll) the first
payroll after an employee is terminated. Previously, this alert did not display.

Federal and State Withholding Forms Updated.
- All withholding forms are now available in the drop-down (such as from My Info > My Pay > Forms >
Withholding) for the year 2025.

Added Columns to W2C Report Page.
- A W2C section is now included under the W2/1099 Information widget within Employee Information.
Default columns display, including a link for the Year, which when selected, opens the employee's W2C.
