KEY FEATURES THIS UPDATE
  1. HR: Updated date labels in Performance Reviews for easier understanding of periods
  2. HR: Open Enrollment Date changes will now allow previously started enrollments to complete
  3. TLM: A Redesigned Group Punch experience
  4. Payroll: State Tax Withholding Forms have been converted to the new web version.
  5. Cross-Prod:  Microsoft Entra ID Integration
  6. Cross-Prod:  New Reporting functionality across the system: Frozen Columns in Reports, Compact View, CSV Export with no quotes
Scheduler
  1.  A new Pay Calculation field for Open Shifts will be available. This will allow Open shifts to be accounted for in scheduled cost estimates.
Cross Product
  1. Users now have the ability freeze any column on a report. This will lock the column to the left of the screen when scrolling horizontally. This option is in the column header dropdown near sort and filter and is listed as "Pin".
  2. Users now have the ability to choose a "Compact" view of reports that condenses the data, so more fields are viewable on the screen. You can find this in the "View Data" report button. Once changed, this will affect all reports until changed back.
  3. The dashboard header theme has been changed back to previous versions based on feedback with a darker color. 
  4. Microsoft Entra ID integration is launched. This integration will sync user data between the system and Microsoft.
HR
  1. When an open enrollment date set was extended, in-progress submissions were locked out from submitting. This has been changed and now employees can submit.
  2. Form I-9 is viewable in Spanish for users who have their locale set to Spanish.
  3. Curricula Assignments for the Learning module are now possible to be assigned in Ready. Previously, only classes could be assigned.
  4. For Ready Learning, a new Homepage has been created for customized dashboards for all users.
  5. Performance Reviews now have clearer date labels during setup.
  6. Positions are now shown in the Employee Profile Header for better visibility.
  7. The ACA Data Detailed Report now has separate columns for Average Hours in Initial Measurement and Average Hours in Standard Measurement.
Timekeeping
  1. For Accruals, more dates are possible for Grant Dates using Employee Specific Dates (DoH, DoB, Seniority Date)
  2. Group Punch has been redesigned and moved to Team > Time > Timesheets. This new experience has better usability on mobile and an improved user experience. Managers can also create groups to help automate the group punches.
  3. Points can now be expired on Rolling time periods such as "Rolling Days". 
  4. Leave of Absence forms are now converted to Web Forms, similar to the I9. 
Payroll
  1. All State Withholding tax forms have been updated to the new web-based format, starting in 2025.
  2. Earnings and Deductions names are now translated in the system and on exports based on the user's locale.
  3. The payroll landing page has been tweaked based on feedback with more information around Pay Date and Submit By.
