Navigate directly to an employee’s timesheet
  1. Current Timesheet: Type # in front of the employee's name to return the employee's current timesheet.  Example: # Jennifer Anniston
  2. Date-Specific Timesheet: Type the desired date in fron of the employee's name to return the employee's timesheet for the specified pay period. Example: 04/03/2024 Jennifer Anniston

Search by Menu Item Path
  1. Search results account for menu item's path in addition to the menu item itself.  Example:  A search of "schedule" returns items with "schedule" in the title such as Work Schedules and Scheduled Event.
  2. In addition, the search returns items with "schedule" in the navigation pasth such as Workday Breakdown Templates and Call Lists.

Limit search results to employees and profiles
  1. Type % in front of any character string to return only employee and profile results. Example:  typing “ala” into the search field will return numerous menu items related to balances. However, typing “%ala” will only return employees and profiles, such as Alan Edwards and profiles with “salary” in their name.
  2. Note: You could search “Alan Edwards” without the % to return that employee. The % simply eliminates additional menu matches.
