Add a Company Document

Add a Company Document

Navigate to Settings > Our Company > Document Upload.



Select Upload Document at the top right corner of the screen.




Click on the Choose File option at the top.  Name the document you are wanting to upload in the Display Name field.  Click the dropdown arrow within the document type field OR click on the magnifying glass next to the dropdown arrow.  Select the document type you want to apply to this specific document.  Click Upload.  Review the documents settings in the next screen & Click Save at the top right corner.























 After successfully saving the document_Click the back arrow next to Upload Documents at the top left of the screen_You should be able to see the document you just uploaded!

PLEASE NOTE: When selecting the Document Type, this controls which employees have permission to see these documents. For example, if you select a document type "Confidential", most times, only employees who have Admin Access have the ability to see these documents.
