Termination Notice Policy
Per the terms outlined in our client agreement, clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to termination of services.
Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in a termination fee. This fee will be the lesser of:

The client’s average monthly billing amount
This policy ensures adequate time for proper account closure, final processing, and administrative transition.
