HR Actions can be created and applied to specific employees, managers, or company admins complete. These requests include action items that are specific to the audience. For example, an HR Action request can be sent to managers to complete information about their employees or an HR Action request can be sent to employees with action items to update their contact information.
To initiate an HR action, navigate to Team > HR > HR Actions.
Click on the Available actions and select the one you would like to initiate. Some common actions are Hire, Term and Rehire an employee. Click Start on the right side.
From there, fill out the required fields and click Continue.
The system will take you to a screen to add any additional information, and you will click save and submit. Only submit when you have all information entered.
Any actions, saved but not submitted, can be viewed in the Open screen. You can Edit by selecting the ellipses under the Actions notation.
