Secure Email Instructions

Complete Payroll uses Microsoft 365's email encryption tool to secure any email with sensitive data. This is a best practice in our industry and provides the client confidence PII data won't all into the wrong hands. 

An email will come through like below that will allow you to select the blue button, "Read the message".

Once you select, you will have two options to validate. You can sign in with your email credentials or receive a one-time passcode. 

If you choose the One-time passcode, you will receive a second email with the code to put into your web browser. 

Once either method is finished, the email will open and you can review and reply.
